Renee Massie is an Emmy- and PGA Award-nominated Casting Director and Producer with more than 15 years of experience discovering exceptional talent and developing hit unscripted television and digital content.

Born and raised in Laguna Beach, California, Renee grew up immersed in the arts, studying theater and vocal performance from an early age. She later attended the University of Southern California's Music Industry program, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.

At just 17 years old, Renee launched her entertainment career as an A&R consultant, scouting emerging musical talent for major record labels around the world. She later transitioned into television at Dick Clark Productions, contributing to iconic live events including the Golden Globe Awards and American Music Awards.

Renee has since built an impressive career casting and producing some of television's most recognizable competition and reality series, including America's Got Talent, American Ninja Warrior, Hell's Kitchen, Go-Big Show, Game of Talents, Millionaire Matchmaker, and the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, among many others.

Throughout her 15 seasons with America's Got Talent, Renee has helped discover, cast, and produce many of the world's most extraordinary performers—from musicians and dancers to circus artists, stunt performers, and viral sensations. Her passion for live performance and storytelling naturally evolved into a love of circus arts, making her one of the industry's leading experts in identifying world-class specialty talent.

As the entertainment landscape has evolved, Renee has expanded into the creator economy, partnering with some of the world's biggest digital creators, including Ninja Kidz TV and Jordan Matter, helping them discover compelling on-camera talent and develop engaging content for millions of viewers.

In addition to her casting work, Renee is a respected industry judge and speaker, serving at prestigious events including VIVA Fest, the American Circus Festival, and the World Championships of Performing Arts.

Known for her sharp creative instincts, collaborative approach, and ability to recognize talent before it breaks through, Renee continues to connect exceptional performers with opportunities across television, streaming, and digital media.
